oponent feels rly strong betting vs 3 people in that position but even vs his range of overpairs and sets i have 38% equity but still not sure if i need to just go all in or i can check fold

You are last to act so it doesnt really matter. I would shove as its an easier way to play the hand.
You say its a bounty tournament, so folding is out of the question when we have more chips.

It would be better to call his bet if you were next to act with 2 people behind. Thats because with a flushdraw you want to invite others to call because they will give you better pot odds and wouldnt really hurt your equity anyway.

Q4s isn’t a great hand to defend in the first place with a 23bb stack. I would always fold here in a multi way pot. You need to hit 2 pair or better have a decent chance to win this hand in the first place.

As played this is 1 of the better flops you can hit and I would most likely go broke as well in a bounty tournament. Otherwise you shouldn’t play this hand in the first place.

why would you ever call with that hand preflop and fold a flush draw, especially in a bounty tournament? I would also fold it pre, but as played i think it would be a huge mistake to fold the flop...
