If we want to 4bet we could end up in an ugly spot if the BTN is shoving and we don’t have any information about him as well. If he’s aggressive I wouldn’t mind to 4bet with the intention to stack off. Otherwise is calling for set value better.

The turn is for me a check/fold, because you are committed on the river and the only hand you most likely beat is A♥:K♥: that he will turn bet against you.

Turn is a close call IMO. When villain bets here twice on such board, we don't really beat much. The small bet looks like villain wants to lure us in here. Not sure what I would do here in this situation but I think both could be argued (call/fold)

This is a standard AI preflop. If you call to set mine, you should fold OTF when u don´t hit, isn´t that true? Anyway, fold OTT if not OTF :).
