He can easily have 8x in his range, even without his big stack (it's early stage).
If he plays passive the Flop and re-raises on this particular Turn, that means trouble for AK.
Even if he's the type of player that raises marginal hands to make you fold, he would never continue this strong on River with only that.
The fact that you finally hit your TPTK on the River doesn't really matter (to me anyway),
i'd fold as the possibility for him to have a straight, plus i'm early stages and a big blow would cost me
later on my game/pushes, plus there's no particular history between you two (21 hands), i just give up here.

Pre-flop I would raise still 3x in a 50c SNG in the early stages. This way you have less change you will play multi way post-flop and you get also more value.

The turn I would most likely checking behind as well. It’s tough to represent a big hand and AK could be still the best hand as well. As played I would fold on his check/min raise. I expect you are to often drawing dead to make a call profitable against his range.

You can ask yourself whats the point of calling turn with A high if you gonna fold the riverbet when you made TPTK?
The answer of small raises and big bets doenst apply on this one because now he knows you dont have a 8 he is gonna bet bigger river with al his bluffs and of course value hands.
I would almost never call the turn without knowing something about my villain. But if I call the turn i definitely call the river because his range is now polarised: he has an 8 or he has nothing at all.

In my opinion cbet on flop would be better to kept expensive the villain play draws. I don't see 8 on opponents range as he would call mp1 open raiser with 88, A8. Turn I would play check/fold.
