I wasn't very worried about the short stacked in that moment cause he looked clearly in tilt to me and would raise with a wide range, but more about facing another all-in raise from the UTG player. I'm not very sure what those small raises mean in these stakes. Is it a big pair trying to get action or just a speculative hand trying to see a cheap flop?
IMO JJ are not strong enough to call mw when being in the middle. UTG can limp/minraise and re-shove in which they are super strong and calling a 3-bet with JJ is mostly the limit of what you should pay preflop. When calling 17BB we still have 3 streets to go if UTG calls with 86BB, which will most likely be a shove any time soon and there is a 57% chance there will be a Q, K or A OTF. I do not think we have enough equity to call here preflop.
