I think this an easy fold on the 4bet of the BTN. If you call you aren’t closing the action and you need to hit a straight, flush or set to continue on the flop as well.

BTN should have Aces, that cold 4bet with KK (without A blocker) is kinda funny.

If CO has "normal" 8% 3bet ip range and BTN has Aces, it looks like this:

CO is also a shortie. If he was 100bb, tight and 3betting against UTG range the chance of him having Aces would be higher.
If thinking about getting it in, the "worst case scenario" is that CO has normal 3bet range and BTN has Aces. Then you would be losing 10bb on average. If on the other hand both of them have Aces you EV would be around +5bb profit.

Problem is that CO is shortie. That would leave 100bb side pot with BTN and even when they both have Aces you are 45% underdog. If not, you are 40% underdog vs Aces.

So overall the best case scenario is breakeven, and therefore it's a fold. If they were both deep, I would call that 4bet.
