Hello,
I used to play on Everest and FullTilt and got like 35k strategy points, because i was tracked correctly to those sites. After Everest discontinued service for my country (Bulgaria) and Black Friday happened I moved to Poker Stars but somehow failed to track my account. Recently i wrote them an e-mail kindly asking them to please retroactively track my account as have played there for years and generated tens of thousands in rake for them. Since Stars obviously is trying to piss off all his regulars that was deemed impossible to do though it basically costs them nothing.
So the question is if there a way for me to get higher than bronze status here other than simply paying for it ? I am currently not willing to move to another poker room (not that there are many licenced in Bulgaria).
