i"m having a problem that i do not get resolved.
My hand history folder is still empty after playing a sng.
I have already created a new folder but nothing changes.
I have already re-installed the software a few times but nothing changes.
You see my settings are good.
Because my Hand history folder is constantly empty.I can not use my HUD
There is nothing to import.
Can you help me ,please

It's possible it is referencing the wrong location. I too have that folder in my 'Documents' folder but mine is empty too.
888 HH's typically get saved to c:\Users\YourWindowsName\AppData\Roaming\PacificPoker\HandHistory
You should check that location to see if HH's are being saved there and change the target location in the 888 client and PT4 to the above address.

I can only suggest you step through PokerTrackers' 888 Poker Configuration Guide.
Unfortunately 888 withdrew from my country earlier this year and I no longer have the client.
Let us know how you get on.
