You are right about the sub par preflop play You should iso-raise bigger and ofc 4bet here. I wouldn't 4bet shove but you can 4bet quite big.
OTR villains line looks very strong. I doubt these are bluffs very often but could he do this with JJ+ too?
I think folding here is fine.

It’s interesting to know why you only called the 3bet pre-flop to play AA multi way.
As played I would most likely bet the turn more for value. You can easy bet 40c here and river is nasty for sure. I think folding is fine. I expect a fish can have a 5 or 4 here.

You should make it 10 cents to begin with. When BTN makes that wierd tiny 3bet, you should deffo 4bet ! The pot is way too small for your AA . Get as much money in pre as possible, you have the best hand !

Your bet OTT is, again, too small. Make it 50% at least.

You showed weakness preflop and OTT, so I think he could shove with a range like (66+), maybe even A-high so I would call river.

2) yes, your turnbet was way too small. if you had made a normal sized bet (50-60%pot) and got raised, than you can think of him having a better hand.
