AJo - straight draw on wet board on flop - TP on Turn

I would check behind on that flop. It hits both villain's ranges quite nicely. The other problem is that even when we hit our draw, it is not concealed at all and it would be hard to get paid.

On the flop, I would check as well. No need to try to bluff 2 players from the hand. As played I would most likely make a thin value bet on the turn as well, but that depends a lot how passive our villain is.

The river is nasty, but we only beat a bluff and he’s betting almost pot size and I expect we are too often beat to make a call profitable here.

Hmm yea villains might have a piece of this flop but I wouldn't be too worried. This flop hits our range very hard too. We have overpairs, all sets, all possible 2 pair, nut straight... I think betting is fine. Since our range is so strong you can bet smaller. I think half pot would do just fine.

OTT I think you could check call. That ace gives you some showdown value, you still have your OESD, but it might have improved villain or he might already be ahead. Against MP you shouldn't be too afraid of any draws.

River I think you can fold.

Problem is I think we aren’t dealing with players that know anything of ranges and then it’s difficult to represent a big hand.

That might be true and checking is totally fine. And actually if we bet here, a half pot bet might be still slightly too big.
