AA to Straight - Fold

I do not understand all the calling. Why not cbet hard on flop and maybe even the turn?

I would fold river too probably.

Yeah it was badly played , i feared the other players as one of them had really tight range where i was pretty sure he had KK or QQ so preferred to play way behind , way ahead.

Weird check. Even weirder to just call those small sizings.
Cbet (rather big) next time.

As played I call the river given that we block the nut flush but whatever, the hand is so weird as a whole it's hard to debate about the spot river.

Villain should often 3bet with QQ,KK so you can't think he has only those hands. He has a lot of weaker stuff that will call. You are also multiway so you don't want to give so many free cards. I think the flop check was quite bad. And the river fold with a nut straight when we block some flushes is quite weird too.
