68s - Weird fishy 3bet

That is my line when I have quads, I want to show them soooo badly to everybody.

On a serious note. My win-rate improved dramatically when I stopped putting ops *without* good reads in the total fish category.
I once really had trouble with a VPIP 70 PFR 0 guy. I'm not saying that that would be a winning strategy but he knew exactly what he was doing post flop.
So he knew that we were thinking that he was calling down too much and had lines that looked like so but then he had monsters.

At 2NL a raise like this mostly is very strong ( in know this is 5NL but I play 2NL ).

I can agree with that flop raise because when they limp they are just going to fold a lot, but that small flop 3bet looks very weird and I think it is super strong. You could fold there.
OTT he best so so small that calling is tempting but what do we think villain has? Well, I guess it is so cheap that we can just call and see if we get a free showdown.

Impossible to fold before the river I'd say, and even on the river it could be a call if you are rich, I mean if you are curious
