A real LAG here. Can have sets, not likely given the flop donk, draws, of which only 67 hits the turn, and should still have c/r the flop, or overpairs, 99 or TT, maybe JJ.
Occasionally you have to go broke in the right spot, it seems that this might be one to me.
I would raise donk to about 11-12$. Turn I'd shove, he should bet more with the set for sure, he of course doesn't put us on a draw, but anyway, fd is possible for hero.
