Yesterday I found great and simple software with lots of freeroll tournaments and great prizes! i wonder why I couldn't find it on PS?

It is The Winning Network. You can find it in the list of poker rooms, but not many people who comes to PS play there since there are so many other options outside of the US. Its mostly a US based card room.

As stated by AnXfile378, ACR mainly caters for US players and/or players from other countries that have restrictive laws on real money poker.
Due to recent legislative changes in Australia, players are considering playing at ACR, but only because they can no longer play at major fully licensed/regulated rooms like Stars/Party/888 etc.
Players who have access to the major rooms will generally stay away from unlicensed rooms like ACR.

I don't think licensing is that important, they have the same in FX trading, it sounds nice but wait and see when you have a problem. I f they do help a bit it will be a long time before you get any joy if any. Whereas sites that are not licensed rely purely on word of mouth . This is my view based on experience for what it is worth. Trust is something that has to be earned not bought for a nominal license fee and a few friendly inspectors doing a cursory inspection very periodically.
