His Fold to 3bet is 85% so I was suspicious to begin with.

I didn't think that he would fold if I cbet but on this river I felt he would bluff catch.

Well, I misread the board. I thought it was five straight board... Oh well.

Thoughts on bet size?

what's his RFI from sb?
-> Why would you turn this hand into a bluff preflop, it's a perfect candidate to flat, eventough he folds 85% vs a 3bet. You can 3bet shittier hands.

As played i wouldn't overbet the river, even when it's 5straight board. He's already overfolding preflop so i expect him to also overfold a bit postflop. And i don't really see alot of hands he can herocall you with as he didn't show any aggression yet.
