the problem is that i'm playing quite poorly for a while. i'm playing not really high (nl10-25) but still i can't really make any profits
the strange thing is that i'm busy a lot with trying to improve myself. i have already seached so much on the internet that it's even difficult to find something i haven't found already yet, i also watch youtube to poker and of course i also like to play myself
i always try to play the best i can and use everything i know at try to use it all on the right moment to the right players, and yet without result.
meaning i'm trying to break through my own roof.

long story short: how do you improve yourself when you just can't find out what it is that you have to improve?

Hi shinigamiryukrem,

I see that you are still a basic member here at pokerstrategy. If you register to one of our partner rooms and start playing there, you will get a higher status that allows you to view more advanced study material. Other option is to buy a status upgrade.

Some years back when I was stuck just like you, I dropped down to NL2 and started building my game again from scratch. I started watching some beginner coaching series, studied one thing at a time and then when I had learned it properly I moved to next thing. You could try the same thing.
You should also find the most efficient way of studying for you. Watching YouTube videos is fun and entertaining but in reality those things might not apply so much in microstakes online poker. So watching Doug Polk analyze high stakes live cash games won't help you much in crushing NL10 online.

If you are a beginning poker player, it is very difficult to start analyzing your own game and find leaks, because in order to do that you would have to know how you should be playing.
I think the best thing you could do is 1) watch some strategy videos here on pokerstrategy and follow the advice coaches give 2) get help from more experienced players, join a study group, post questions at the forums, get coaching etc.. 3) I really recommend using our hand discussion board.
