I played for 3-4 months poker on betclic. I won about 500 euro and withrawed my money. I waited for withdrawal to be approved until one day i was kicked in the midle of the game from poker and when i tryied to sign in i got message that my account was blocked.When i asked what is the problem they said that I have more than one account which I dont. They said that they have more than one account with my surname which is apsurd because there is more than 10 000 people with my surname.Later they added that we have same adres. I explained to them that I am not the only person in my house who plays poker. They send my one sentence from terms and condition where it is stated that they can close account if someone is suspicous to them. They can do it to everyvone who wins money and wants to withdraw it. I said to them maybe that is legal but isnt just.They send my Malta gaming authority where i can complain. They refused my complaint. They said that they have evidence but they could not show it to me and that i need to seek legal advice. Can anyone help me how can i return my money?

Hi Pedja59,
I sorry to hear about your difficulties. As you can understand, they are unable to tell you the the reasons for their suspicions, since doing so would reveal how true cheaters are caught.
We see this occasionally where innocent behaviour is incorrectly interpreted as suspicious.

They are correct. No-one at PokerStrategy.com has any power or authority to assist you.
I suggest that you consult a lawyer.
An important note to all others who play in the same house as other players
Be sure that the poker rooms that you play on know which accounts play from that house.
Never play at the same table or in the same tournament as another player with the same address. Even doing this accidentally can get you banned.
Don't try to get around this using a VPN. Once they detect it -- and they will -- you're sunk

Sorry to read that you have had a bad time with poker lately. I would recommend that you find a lawyer who lives close to you. I have just had a quick look through the rooms Terms and Conditions. Did you get asked or have supplied documents to Identify yourself as found under section 5, when you first signed up to the room?

5.3 We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to conduct checks against registered details of applicants and players to ensure the accuracy of information provided and we shall be entitled to demand further evidence as to an applicant’s age, capacity to legally contract with us, country of residence or any other information at any time in the future.
Something else I would recommend is to think about if the cost of legal routes are more than the amount you have lost. In this case it would be better not to spend more in trying to recover the loss.
But before you give up I would certainly try formatting a appeal letter with a lawyer pointing out why you believe that you did not cheat and for a review of the case based on the following evidence relating to their arguments along with copies of identification. Have a read of 24. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution found on their site.
I hope that this experience doesn't put you off poker, rather helps you find a good room to continue on your poker journey.
