QQ vs Fish Turn raise

The limp/call preflop leaves a pretty wide range for fish to have.

Beware the min-raise on the turn - often means they have something - could be Jx - but I think they don't call the flop with air - so maybe J9 or J7, but then they are obviously pretty fishy so who knows could easily be worse. I think I would be calling (and probably then swearing).

Others with more experience may have other ideas though.

On a dry paired flop you could actually check or bet smaller. Your hand is not vulnerable and you can get the stacks in anyway by the river.
As played, I would call the raise also.

Yup, minraises are often quite strong. It most likely means that villain wants you to call. But here I believe villain is all-in, so we can't conclude too much because of the sizing.
