Thanks. My issue with raising bigger OOP (is this almost always the correct strategy in a cash game?) is that if it's called/raised, I'm put in a difficult spot either right there pre or on the flop when I miss. I guess 3b large/fold will be the +EV play over simply getting called frequently OOP and still having to play the flop from that point forward.

When you 3bet you can make it 3x both from IP and OOP, or then you can make it for example 1bb bigger when OOP and 1bb smaller when IP. It is up to you and I don't think it makes that big of a difference.
I personally like to make it slightly bigger when OOP because it sucks to play out of position and we are not super happy if we get called with hands like this. So any extra fold equity is welcome. Also that 1bb difference doesn't really change our postflop strategy.

But anyway, this hand depends if you have 3bet or fold only strategy from SB. Personally I do not do this, I also have a cold calling range from SB, and TT is in that range. So I would just call pre.

If you are going to 3bet pre you want to raise larger. Around 3.5-4x, to something like 0.52-0.60. Otherwise you are giving people way too good of a price to call.

TT can be played either way as a 3bet or a call. I ussually prefer to call with it, it doesn't play terribly OOP post-flop. In a 3bet pot it is a little more difficult to play, as it flops over cards pretty often.

Spot becomes a little weird when BB calls.
