T8s - flush draw on the flop - 3-way - 2 shoves before me?

I wouldn't choose this hand to 3-bet PF, especially vs a guy who doesn't have 100 bbs.
If you finally decide to 3-bet, you should choose bigger sizing, like 0.16$.
You definitely shouldn't call cold 4-bet.

If short stacks aren't worth calling flop bet, than full stacks are worth even less. I'd definitely fold PF with this stack on BB, as played fold on the 4-bet and fold on the flop, I don't think you have much equity on the flop, you're just drawing to a bad flush.

Pre is a standard 3bet for me but you can fold also. Vs this 4bet I think you should fold. First, it is a cold 4bet so I would give villain a bit stronger range, second both villains are short stackers so weaker implied odds, third you are out of position vs both.

Flop is quite easy since both are all-in. You make a simple pot odds calculation. You need roughly 31% equity to call. Vs 2 players with T high flush draw taking rake into account I would just throw a guess that you don't have it but it might be close.
