Villain is 80/69/9.6 with a 97% steal. I had been playing him for a couple hours probably, had 3bet--for value mostly-- more than usual because of his 97% steal number and his watered-down calling range. I had these relevant notes:

idk what to do on the turn. Here and there I've been getting outplayed in 3bet pots, especially I don't seem to know how to react to small bets and don't understand the strategy I keep seeing of these bets happening more often in 3bet pots.
