Nothing wrong here.
Pre iso-raise is ok. I guess flop could be bet but I like the check too. When both villains checks twice you should bet OTT. And on that river card I think it is just fine to give up.

We can call the limp and see cheap flop.
Postflop is ok. You cannot win every pot.

I don’t see much reasons to bet the turn as played. I would check it down against 2 unknown players. If you want to bet the flop is most likely the best moment to do it.

I actually don't see the point of betting either street. If we want to bluff and get them to fold their Jx / 8x with which they limped, can we really do this against two unknowns on this draw-heavy flop?

Your up against 3 over cards on the flop I would have bet the 9BB here.

I think betting the turn is fine, but really small. Like, 4-5BB would get the job done. You don't exactly want to check - or bet. So a small bet is optimal.
