Hello,

I am a reg on pokerstars. But I got a bonus from pokerstrategy on Partypoker. I have an account now, I asked about deposit bonuses, the casino, and about the cash outs. Their support told me to send my ID. I sent it, but they said it wasn't enough, so I sent a photo of my passport. More than 48 hours have passed but still no reply from them.

Is it safe to deposit and cashout at this platform? I am already linked to pokerstartgey with my info and account.

Thank you!

Hi aceonetheriver,

I don't have personal experience about PartyPoker but it is one of the biggest and most popular poker rooms, so I would say it is safe to deposit your money there. Many of my friends play at Party and I haven't heard any negative feedback.

ID checks are standard. Every poker room should do that at some point, and my preference is also to do it as soon as possible, so I don't have to fight with them later when I try to withdraw :f_biggrin:
Sometimes they are very strict with the documents they accept. If you send a photo of your drivers licence, all of the corners should be visible etcetc. Sometimes they also require proof of residence (you send them an utility bill for example, but it can't bet too old).

Customer supports can be a bit slow from time to time, especially during the weekends. So I wouldn't get worried yet.
