I hit top pair with queen kicker, backdoor second flushdraw. Is it better to check this hand behind, or bet it? The reason why I ask is because it is 4-way.

First of all I recommend removing the outcome of the hand next time or put them in to a spoiler. It could influence the feedback what you get.

Pre-flop I would consider to just limp, because I doubt a pot size raise will work often and this hand played well post-flop. I don’t think you want to play a big pot yet with a double suited hand like this.

As played I would check behind, because you have only top pair 4 ways and I doubt this hand will be good and it’s tough to let a better hand to fold in a micro cash game like this.

Cheers,

Aah sorry. I remove spoilers normally, just missed it by accident this time.

What if the Q was a K? Would you raise preflop then? (The flush possibility gets stronger, and we will always get top kicker for our pair)
