I have an account in Titan that is created and linked in pokerstrategy but i never made any deposit there.
Now can i get my TAF bonus payout there (Titan) or i need to make a deposit there first?

Of course you can choose to receive your TAF payment at TitanPoker. No need to make a deposit first.
