If you have followed the instructions when you made your Pokerstars account for the first time you could get $30 in tickets and some cash if you make a deposit of at least $20 with the bonus code ‘Thirty’ otherwise nothing will happen.
Otherwise you need to contact PokerStars support with sending a mail to support@pokerstars.com and they will help you further if you did it well.
