Stacks:
UTG Hero ($7.79) 156bb
UTG+1 Vegos55 ($5.92) 118bb
CO PokerOrly ($5) 100bb
BTN rangwoying ($5.28) 106bb
SB Chris Nobody ($4) 80bb
BB thevayed ($5) 100bb
Pre-Flop: (0.07, 6 players) Hero is UTG Q♦: K♠:

Hero raises to $0.15, 3 folds, Chris Nobody calls $0.13, thevayed calls $0.10

Flop: 3♣: K♦: Q♣: ($0.45, 3 players)
Chris Nobody checks, thevayed checks, Hero bets $0.25, Chris Nobody raises to $0.75, thevayed folds, Hero goes all-in $7.64, Chris Nobody goes all-in $3.10

I flop top 2 pairs which is really good so I cbet for value. He raises and Im like, he probably doesnt have KK, QQ because that would be 3bet preflop and I also block it pretty nice. So he can have either 33 or a FD. I dont know if he would be setmining 33 on a SB. So I just shove and hope that he calls with his FD. Theres a lot of scary cards that I wouldnt like OTT so I prefer shoving now.

Turn: J♠: ($11.94, 2), 2 all-in

River: 9♦: ($11.94, 2), 2 all-in
Final Pot: $11.94

Spoiler

Chris Nobody shows high card Ace
A♣: 8♣:
Hero shows two pair, Kings and Queens
Q♦: K♠:
Hero wins $11.60 (net +$3.81)
thevayed collects $0.00 (net -$0.15)
Chris Nobody lost $4

I guess you played the hand correct
vs villain with full stack you should raise here without shoving the flop

So if he had full stack, something like 3x would be better?

3 way, I am sizing up that Cbet considerable. .35 to .40 should do the trick. Other than that, you played the hand very well. Not the board to be slow playing on.

Yes betting 2,25$ would be fine against full stack
You have all options to get it in as well.
Which hands you have beat will pay such a huge bet? So vs full stack standard size is fine
