AQ 3bet multiway pot

Well, firstly I don't agree with your supposition, because you have only 7 hands, it doesn't say anything about him, he can be a nitty player too. So I guess he is unknown.

OTF: I would prefer cbet smaller, about 30-35% of pot, because you bet against two players and when you bet bigger then they will rarely call you with some weaker hand. And we don't need to protect our hand, it's quite dry board.
OTT: you are in obvious spot, because now CO has a strong hand. Something like AJs,AQo,AQs,AKo,99 and you haven't value bet against this range, so I would prefer check/call, but I won't so happy when he shove.
As played cbet flop about 30-35%. The turn as well, maybe little bit bigger like 35-40% and then see what will arrive otr, but usually I will check/call the blank river.

I do not agree much with the above... Agree only that you do not have to base your decisions on small sample size.
You have to squeeze with your hand. It is the perfect one for that.
On flop, you can cbet smaller. On turn you have a very little stack left and push is ok.

We absolutely can't base any of our decisions on 7 hands. The VPIP/PFR is super inaccurate here. We need dozens of hands to make some guesses and probably 200+ hands before we can say we have quite accurate info of his VPIP and PRF.

OTF you can bet smaller. I would probably go with about 20bb so then I would have a 2/3pot shove OTT.

What would you do if that flop was actually Q high (spade) and flush completes on OTT, is that still a shove?
