Should I be realising that I am beat after the min-raise on the flop?
If I just call the flop raise, surely the money still goes in on turn.
Perhaps bet the turn, check fold the river?

Donk this flop seems horrible for me especially in 3bet pot, because in his range dominates Ax combos. As played c/c flop, turn as well and decide otr, it depends what arrive. But generally you have a strong hand, you are on the top of your range, so I think at the beginning you can call 3 streets (but be careful, if he starts bet more than 2/3 of pot, that's usually a very strong hand). I would recommend you to watching videos, for example from confidant, because he explains the basic strategy preflop and postflop, it's really good for beginning players.

Why donk the flop? And 3bet shoving isn't the best move.

Two mistakes in the hand
Donking and
Shoving
Which hand worse than yours will call the shove?
Which hand will call which is better than yours?
That are the questions you have to ask yourself for every bet...
