Bet small on flop to keep his range wide and let him catch up, on check rise turn I was a bit concerned, river flush got there, I folded...I think if he bluffed turn rise he could got there on river...

Was mine play good?

He played like he have KJ or flush draw .... both got there :(

I understand that I am ahead of every set/2 pairs... so I wanna know do we have a call on river with that on mind?

The board is draw heavy and that would be a reason for me to bet at least half pot on the flop to let him pay for the draws he could have and hen it’s also easier to get all the money in the middle on the river if the board would run better. Further is your line fine I think and it’s a good job to fold top set on a coordinated board like this.

I think betting Flop 2/3 is mich better than your sizing. River fold is ok
