I agree with burek,
When you make your cbet on the flop it should have been more like 2/3 of the pot (.80) which would have been more than half your stack, so you just push as you would have been commited anyway.

However a 1/2 c-bet aint that bad in this spot but that would leave you with $0.7
On the contrary it generates a lot less FE so I stick with Shoving.
