I'm not sure what to think of his flop raise. Guys 1 tabling and marked as a fish so it could be anything.
When he x's back I'm feeling good, so go for 1/3'ish bet, this an alright line?

I would play the same line. Maybe OTR I would choose different sizing, because if he has some Qx he usually call at least half pot and if you want to get value from worse pairs, only 7x, or 6x imo, than I would bet smaller sth like 1/4 and it will be also block bet. But it's really hard to choose villain some range, but definitely 1/3 is fine too imo.
