OTF: I would usually check/fold here.
OTT: I think my showdown value is too weak, so I decided to bet twice and make him fold AK,AQ,AJ, second,third and worse pairs. Is it better to give up here? Or do you recommend some different sizings?

I would say after he only calls OTT, you can bet OTR. If he had some set - slowplayed from flop - he would most likely raise OTT, given the fact that board is getting wet. So I think his range is capped and we should force him to fold his 5x, 7x, 2x, FD or some GS OTR. When he raises us, from my experience he hit OTR, so maybe some 64, A4 and I wouldn´t expect any bluffs there.
