This is a very tricky spot.

But the fact that you are in position makes it much easier.

I think you should not raise the flop.

First of all, you can't really protect against anything here on the flop as both players have already called a flop bet and certainly won't fold their gutshots or straight draws if you raise the flop now.

Also, you might get into serious trouble when the flop gets 3-bet and you dont't know what to do on the turn.

So just call on the flop. On the turn, an ugly card might come, but since SB still has the initiatve, you can often get away from your hand - say if SB bets and MP1 raises.

Also, since you are in position, your opponents - if they are drawing - can never get a free card since you will bet 100% of the time if they both check to you.

thx... but back to the "important" question having raised flop... is this still a call getting capped by 2 players? in this case it "only" seems a pair... it doesnt feel like TPTK! especially that cap from SB... hes a fish... i thought he just did that cause he would have gone all-in anyways... but SB 3betting and MP1 capping... to i have outs at all?
