Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, BB calls 1 BB

Flop: (4.88 BB, 2 players) 7♦ 9♥ 9♦
BB bets 1 BB, Hero raises to 4 BB, BB raises to 7 BB, Hero ???

What could i do in this case? I have a strong hand and most likely he doesn't have any 9x but then i don't know what kind of hand could he play like this.

His line is weird and he looks like a fish based on his stats and 9x could be in his range for sure, but also a decent amount of flush draws you blocking here. Off course he could play some pairs as well and without reads I would shove here and set him under ICM pressure as well, but I doubt he understand this concept in the first place. Even if you lose this hand you have still a decent amount of chips left to survive the bubble.
