Im not sure.

It is possible that you got set mined, however it is also just as likely that the villain saw that flop, guessed that it didnt actually help you and decided to bluff you out of a pot.

Id have called river to see.

I think he would have bet the flop with TT. So he probably had AT or JT something similar and thought you hit the flop and not the turn, or he just bluffed you out. I'd call the all-in.
