First of all this is the first hand I have posted in a very long time! Yeah!

Oke about the hand.

We are deepstacked (188 bb) So I don't really want to go all-in preflop with AKo, so flatting his 3-bet to keep all his mediocre hands in instead of 4-betting and playing a huge pot oop with only the top hands in his range or having to fold against a 5-bet all-in from villain.

On the flop I check to the initial aggressor to let him c-bet. I don't know if a Check/Raise is better here or straight out donking?

On the Turn I also check to the initial aggressor to let him continue but with the intention to raise if he continues.

River completes the four card flush which really sucks for me because I don't have the diamond. so checking to get to showdown cheap. however villain wakes up again and bets, which for me is almost everytime the flush. could we ever call here without a diamond?

So 2 questions for me.
1 - is the flop and turn played too passively?
2- can we ever call the river without a diamond?

I probably donk the turn to prevent his check behind from overpairs and small aces. You gonna get called a lot with overpairs including daimond draws, if no diamond river i bet it too for pure value, something like 1/3 of the pot.

I would have played that hand so
Flop: I would have been betting somewhere 2/3 of the bot
Turn : I would have also bet.
River : IF he were still calling then i would check and i had folded on his bet .
Of course , I do not know if this would be the right way to play this hand

C/r the flop:
-Only hand he can realy have and beat you is 1 combo (AA) if his 3b is balanced then (A2s,A3s).
-You block no fd (that is mean he can have a lot) so you want to make them pay.
-When you c/r that flop AT+ also not going to fold.

I cbet all turn what is no't a diamond (size around 65-75%)
At this turn best thing to do is c/c (you can rarely c/f that turn after a flop c/r it's deepends on size and opponent). If he bet the you can also fold. If the river is no't diamond and he/she is check back the turn, then donk river (size around 33%).

I hope i don't make too mutch spelling mistake, if i, then sorry for it :)
