It’s good to know what your own though process was during the hand. Now it’s tough to give good feedback. Now you are most likely playing against an unknown and is 3betting loose with a hand that could play well in position. The rest of the hand seems standard and I would check the turn behind to try to hit a straight or flush, because I doubt he would fold often if you would bet again.
