Hi!

Villain stats (609 hands): 22/15 F3B: 27; IP fold2cbet in 3bet pots 100 (2) wtsd: 25 w$sd 43

I played x/r because my thought was that he can raise his weaker Ax and draw hands. What do you think this line was good? Will he call AI with worse Ax and draws? Or rather should have been bet OTT and fold vs raise?

Thanks

I would bet the turn for sure for value and protection. You don’t want to give villain a free card for a flush and if you check/raise you will be committed and you changing your hand in to a bluff as well.

In this particle spot he’s betting almost pot size and you don’t have any fold equity if you shove, because he’s invested already more than half his stack and he needs to bet with weaker aces to make a shove profitable and I doubt this will be the case.

Cheers,
