Call or fold to shove after i 4bet in covsbtn situation???

Can someone give me clear indication on how to approach those situations??? I get 3bet a lot when am oop. I I tend to 4bet qq from mp vs btn or jj/ak/a5s when am on co vs btn 3bet. But when they shove over me what do I do??? Is there any article or books that talks about that???

There's a ton of material on 3bet pots.
In general a rule of thumb I use is call 3bets with AK / QQ, 4b only KK/AA plus some A5s type of hands IF you think they're 3betting you loose. No need to get tricky.
Keep it simple, stick to what you know. This spot is standard and the fact you're reacting to it with such contempt indicates a lack of experience (but correct me if i'm wrong).
Perhaps drop down a couple limits for the time being and iron out spots like this. Also, why aren't you sat with 100bb?

I would say there are 2 approaches

1) Theoretically you should call roughly 50% of your 4betting range when you face a 5bet jam, so villain can't exploit you well

2) you put villain on a range, see how much equity you have, calculate how much you need and see if you should call or not

The first one might not be so good here because you probably don't have balanced 4betting range and villain likely doesn't 5bet bluff that often.
If we use the second method we can see that there is about 125 in the pot and you have to call 63, so you need to win about 34% to make a profitable call. Then you open equilab and put villain on a range.
