My first hands at two tables as I sat down. Don't have notes on any opponents and PT3 HUD didn't load up yet.

I'm not sure when to raise and when to be passive with flushdraws :/

Hand converted with online PokerStrategy hand converter:

$0.25/$0.5 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9:h, T:h.
UTG1 calls, UTG2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO folds, BU calls, Hero calls, BB checks.

Flop: (7.00 SB) 5:h, 7:h, A:c (7 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG1 raises, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, MP3 3-Bets, BU folds, Hero caps, UTG1 calls, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (10.80 BB) 3:d (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG1 bets, MP3 raises, Hero calls, UTG1 3-Bets, MP3 calls, Hero calls.

River: (19.80 BB) K:c (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG1 bets, MP3 calls, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 21.80 BB.

I'm getting close to my 1000th post in the forum, so I decided to use the last posts to help people who need it, like I've always been doing :).

First of all you should not post 2hands samples in the same post. If you do, the judge will not comment your hand. Why? because posting 2hands in the same post will create confusion, and people will have difficulties commenting the hands.
Refer to the Hand posting guide

Anyway...

First hand:

- Preflop: ok
- Flop : the donk bet is ok, the cap is wrong, you should just call the 3bet.
- Turn : It's ok to call a bet and a raise, but a fold is not bad either!!!
- River : ok

Second hand:

- Preflop : ok
- Flop & Turn : The reason why people raise a draw is to check behind if they don't hit on the next street . So The raise was good on flop and the bet was wrong on turn.
- River : ok

Gl at the tables!!!

Hi 1seednoir1. Grats on the 1k mark :)

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I've read a few more strategy articles and see what you mean that the turn wasn't well played.

The reason I posted 2 hands is because they deal with the same problem :)

Number of hands per thread

Please post only one or two hands per thread. If you post more hands in one thread make sure that these hands deal with the same problem!

Hand Number One Flop is NOT a Donkbet.

There hasn't been any pre-flop raises.

FLOP: For me that's also a call to the 3-bet. If you had 15 outs i would justify your CAP

Turn : Fold for me.

2nd Hand:

Turn: Check/Call. You only bet a flushdraw project (even the nuts) if you're against 2 opponents max

The rest is perfect

Reason for cap in flop in 1st hand was because I was sure that UTG1 was going to cap himself. So I was hoping that my cap would disguise my flushdraw. But I guess at these limits I shouldn't even be thinking about any sort of deception, not that I'm very good at it anyway.

Thanks for advice soulandbone :)

I've been looking at more hands in PT3 and I think I've lost quite some money already by being too agro with draws on the turn. So I'm glad I got this sorted.
