To me, his river raise was for value. As played, I would fold as I don't think one pair can be good here.

I would have bet OTT to extract some value out of AK and FDs.
Since we're not blocking the nut FD, i like a Fold OTR. I think he often shows Ax of hearts.

I would also just fold OTR.

Should I bet OTT vs such agro player?

Protection. You don't want to give him a free card for his possible draw, no matter if he's kinda maniac. He didn't raise u OTF, thatswhy a FD is more likely than a strong made hand i guess.

Did you consider a x/r OTF vs this guy? (4.8AF is high)

I would discount AK from his range, it would 4bet alot preflop.

Postflop: Flop could go both ways, i expect him to bet all his TP's/FD when we check tho, give him an awkward spot when we x/r here.
Turn: iffy spot, we don't have alot of Jx in our range, if we sqz'd AJ, we'd probably x/c alot OTF, so i'd check here.
River: Combined with the previous streets: 1) he doesn't have AK, so what are vbetting against. 2), we don't have Jx, so what are we vbetting. 3) we don't have alot of flushes, so what are we vbetting.

As played: River is an easy bet/fold.

Think i'd bet small turn + river. Want value from AK + charge draws. his JJ would be raising the flop and I doubt AJo/KJo is calling pre in a spot like this (although possible). KQ is there, AQ but obviously we block AQ. So all in all we're missing value from Kx and some draws.

As played i'm folding but I think we're missing value playing it this way
