I open in utg and MP call cold . The villain has a cold call of 8% in MP.
The flop is 38T with 2 hearts and i decided to bet 2/3 pot and the villain raise...the first what do you do here? do you prefer to do check call in flop?do you prefer bet in flop?i decided to do a call because the villain did a minraise, so maybe the villain can have something like Tx ,draws, middle pairs, and sets ! so i did a call and the turn is an A that is a bad card for me but i have the J of hearts so what do you do here when the villain just put half pot??

I would play the same way otf if I don't have specific history about his mini-raise.

Turn was ugly, but Let's think in Villain's position. If you put him on that range and he did hold something that JJ beat, then what would be a good card for him to continue his aggression ott? I would say Ah is definitely one. I would probably call his 1/2 pot raise and see a river.

Villain what would he call with. Ax ranges, 88,TT or even T8s. May possibly try to bluff Q9 suited.
Making the call I guess would depend on stack sizes and if you are willing to make that call. In my honest opinion JJ is tricky to play on that board.
