Spoiler

I've been trying to reduce my cbetting frequency in spots where I didn' t hit anything and I can't represent anything.
But I'm still unsure if this is one of them or if I'm being result oriented...

CO checks, Hero checks

Turn: (23.5 BB, 2 players) J♠
CO bets 11.5 BB, fold

Spoiler

CO wins 22.5 BB

If you don’t Cbet in this spot you only representing AK or something and no over pairs and now it will be tough to win this hand. The rest of the hand seems standard and I would fold the turn as well without to many outs to improve.

Cheers,
