Villain raises river after being passive until then

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BB with K T
1 fold, MP raises to $0.06, 1 fold, BTN calls $0.06, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.19) K 4 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($0.19) 6 (3 players)
Hero bets $0.10, MP calls $0.10, BTN calls $0.10

River: ($0.49) J (3 players)
Hero bets $0.20, MP folds, BTN raises to $0.60, BB (Hero) folds

I'm not sure how to play differently. I don't think I can call river raise. I don't see the villain raising with many bluffs on these limits after me betting both turn and river. The weaker hands that he might be raising are only missed A high FDs. As I said though, I don'tt believe he would do that.
Other option is to x/c the river but I think I'm missing value with that play.

Its fine, you are never good here with just top pair middle kicker. I like the way you played the hand
