3bet SB x BB - when to Cbet / check behind?

Basically, cbet made hands. If you have pocket pairs lower than top pair, then I would be a bit more selective.
Then with draws (OESD,FD,GS) you can sometimes cbet sometimes check. Depends if you are IP or OOP and if you have nut potential. Backdoor draws are ok too but I would choose those that have good amount of barreling cards OTT and also potential to make the nuts by the river.

If we are talking about the flop, you can cbet a big part of your opening range and a big part of your betting range can be bluffs.

However there are a lot of exceptions and many variables that affect this. For example the board, your range, villain's range, the bet sizing you are choosing, whether you want to go for balance or max exploit.

Your question is quite broad and what eventually will help you understand these spots is to study and practice a lot. If your question would be if you should cbet in this spot I would most likely say probably no.
SB should call 3bets with some decent pocket pairs, could have suited connectors and also some broadways. So he could have a pair, draw or 2 overcards easily. Some guys might fold a lot vs cbets in 3bet pots but I think that is changing a bit and they are starting to float more. Especially if they know you will be 3betting with a wide range and you will be cbetting crap a lot as a lot of regs do. This is NL2 so villain probably doesn't think like that but I think he could still easily call one. Average fold to cbet in 3bet pots at these limits is not very high. So you might not have much fold equity. And then let's think about your hand. You have a backdoor gutshot which is quite unlikely to complete. Also you might be behind even if you hit A or J. What helps is that your are in position. Cbetting might not be the worst thing to do but I think I would still check this and if villain checks again OTT I would take a stab.

I think I've been doing it a lot, because my Flop AF / Cbet frequency is considerable lower than my Turn aggression.
