ATs 3 way flop

I would most likely fold the flop already. His check raise multi way looks extreme strong and on turn and river his bets are so small that you get good odds to call, but you don't beat any hand he will play like this or you have reads on him.

Check raise multiway on a dry board indeed screams value. You could consider folding. But I can understand calling once with a top pair and backdoor nut flush draw. Then he bets small OTT and small again OTR so it looks pretty standard. But when we think about population tendencies and think what kind of a hand villain can check raise multiway on a dry board and then 3barrel, I think this becomes a fold at least OTR. It clearly looks like he has a strong hand and is fishing for calls. If he had some bluffs, some of those also got there OTR.

Smaller flop, 25-33% or just check

If we gonna always fold top pairs after x/r then we shoudnt bet the flop and then we folding too much. These days people x/r gutshots and backdoors a lot and its a good spot to raise steal actually. I dont say we always have to call but we are not always folding for sure. I think we have to scratch word always from poker otherwise we do not adjust well to the game.
As played fold river because some gutsbots and backdoor flush got there.
I wonder if some fish raises with A7 to loose less ans keep the pot smaller???
