I have 7 hands of vilain, VPIP 40/ PFR 0, seems to be fish. Should I call or reraise turn? Are there other lines I should consider OTF?

Please call, I haven´t seen my cards yet.

Untill the turn this hand seems well played to me. Maybe you could raise 1bb more pre-flop, but that makes not much difference I think. The turn is nasty, because without any reads and fishy stats he could easy have a 9 or 22 and would 3bet shoving most likely to much. I would most likely call and see what he will do on the river.

Flop is locked so you don't need to bet as much, half pot is good.. here, no need to bet as much turn too because now he has more 9x in his range than FD.. here I would fold..
