interesting spot. from what ive seen from other regs doing this can be a shove for sure. ure short stack so icm doesnt hit u as hard. the other thing is that ure quite healthy with 23bb which makes this spot kind of interesting. overall pretty sure shove is fine but not required at the same time.

I would most likely make a 3bet to like 6bb and fold if you get to much action, but shoving is fine as well.

Is an good option, but than you need to fold if you face a 3bet pre-flop.

Would personally prefer flatting overall. Still stack depth you can have flatting range and this is sort of hand that is marginal as shove. Bit strong to be 3bet-folded also.
