I think it's a pretty easy call that river, at the very least. I'd probably 3bet shove it. If he has it, he has it.
A fold here is nit at alien-level.

Shoving is so overplayed here indeed (what would it value ?), it's between call and fold.

Ummm at NL2 I would say this looks very value heavy. He checks the turn probably because that A scared him? I would so much like to put villain on QQ but that is just 1 combo :f_biggrin: AA could actually slowplay too when he hits a full house.

Could villain overplay some of his weaker made hands like this? I think that is very unlikely. So either it is a bluff or then something like AA,QQ,AQ. And I struggle to see many bluffs. Damn.
