hi,

do we value bet vs fish and regs 3 streets? If I bet river and get raised do I have to assume I am beat? Imo if I think I am beat I have to play c/c to keep his range wider.

Vs a fish i think it's ok to bet 3 streets for value because they can sometimes call with a Tx or mid pp but i don't think you have space to bet fold on the river so it should be all in on the river. Vs a reg i can consider to check/fold because this is one of the worst cards, it completes a lot of things and i don't know what worst combos call when you bet.

Cumps ;)

I would bet for 3 streets as well with shoving the river in the end against a fish.
He can easy call with a weaker hand, but the river card isn't the greatest card with the straight and flush that hit his range well.

Would shove river versus pretty much anyone. Thing is that if villain is reg its bit questionable how many flush combos he can have considering you block nut flush. Most regs are not calling those 87s type hands from early position facing UTG raise. So in a way versus fish I would be more concerned of being beat but then again you have clearly less than 1 PSB left and still have strong holding that can be called by some weaker Jx, KQ at least.
